Awesome class trip

Hey guys....I got an awesome outing with my fellow friends.
Too much of stress...so we need something which is green and natural for us in order to refresh our mind. hehehe...
The plan is to Bukit Cahaya, Taman Pertanian in Shah Alam.
Sounds good and 'green' right? We decided to go on Tuesday where there is no any classes and a fantastic weekday to avoid those crowed situation. perfect plan huh?!!!
I woke up late on that day cos I couldn't slept well the day before but somehow I managed to gather in time with them.  I think insomnia really give lots of problem on me...can't stay focus during class....puffy eyes......and my face looks a little bit pekak lor. U guys can witness from the pictures below  ~>.<lll
At first I really thought of staying in the room instead of going for the trip cos I was in tensed mind to think about my proposal. The progression is too disappointing  >.<
No mood for any outing at that moment. However, I able to convince myself to join them for the trip. I know I need something to cheer me up. So, I packed some simple belongings and joined the trip without further hesistation. A trip to 'green'!!! lol...

I almost giving up as it was too tiring for me to go up the 'hill'...I have this thought when the journey was just started for 15 minutes..........=.=lll 

My stamina and endurance level are pretty low nowadays!!!!!!

 Finally, we reached a small corner and faster get some rest before the next journey started.

No worries, still got the energy say cheese in front of this entrance.

 Oh man...another steeping journey for us.

We bought another ticket for the Four Season Temperate House.

Spring is the main theme season in this time.

We were so excited when we go to know there is a place which well-equipped with air-condition. 

The weather was hot and the sun was scorching...
To arrive the season house, we actually cycle up to another super steeping journey to reach there.
That's really torturing...

When on the way to swimming pool, we stopped in the middle of the road.

Cos.......Sze Kwang got muscle cramp...

I bet there is too much of cycling session over those steeping roads...

 So far, I don't really experiencing to any muscle cramp.

But I can see the result of suffering from that in Sze Kwang's face...

A proper warm up is needed before any starting of exercise.

Expenses was pretty reasonable and affordable. This is definitely an ideal place for group gathering.

I really enjoyed myself in such outing with my fellow friends....

Laughing out loud, talking nonsense and making fun of others.

Especially we all are graduating this year...that make us wanted to have more gathering and fun before we apart from each other. 

So lets study SMART and play HARDER!!!

7th placement

This post suppose to be done earlier since I finished my placement in April.

I wrote for my previous placement experience at here. 

This placement was my second last in my final year. The duration was longer than those previous placements: one and a half month not so long lor...>.<

This time, my partner are Rupan and Thama. I never been to placement with them before. So, this is the 1st time 3 of us went to placement together. kinda nervous before the placement and new partners some more!!!

This time, we got Tropicana Medical Centre for our placement. To be frank, we never thought it is such a high class centre which fully equipped and well-known with its specialist centre.
No matter how high calss is it, our destination will be the rehabilitation department wei!!! lol....
The rehab department is outstanding as well. I like the environment as it doesn't look like a rehab centre whereas it looks more like a gym. we always workout in gym whenever we got free time!!!
I can lift up dumbbell up to 6 kg by the end of the posting!!!!!! It kinda heavy for me. Initially, I only able to start with 4kg. lol.....such a weak girl. ^^


Apart from workout in the gym, we do learn things. Especially those awesome tendon repair protocol. It might look simple and easy to carry out if we follow the protocol but there are so much of consideration we need to think of, the reasoning behind the chosen protocol is truly important as it can cause significant impact on client's hand and the outcome of the treatment.
phew......whenever I looked at client's hand, I can't imagine how much they gonna to suffer in next few months. However, they surprisingly being steady after full explanation was given and they also empowered to question about their condition and got the answer for it. Perhaps, this is where the BPS model meant for.^^

There are some important and meaningful things for me during this one and a half month:

1. This placement considered a new exposure for me onto neck problem.
NECK is so much complicated than what I thought before!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If we can't fix the main problem, all those complications are coming afterward.

2. I felt excited when I witnessed Bell palsy patient is getting better and they able to smile with no significant deviation on their lips and facial expression.

3. I really grateful to meet awesome people in the centre. They are kind and friendly.
At first we really thought we gonna get a lot of scolding during this 6 weeks posting. Surprisingly, we made it with lots of laughter and of course some tensed up moments.

In a nutshell, WE HAD FUN while learning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember I mentioned that I found some one important during my placement?

Yup, I really found him but I didn't got the chance to meet with him.Everyone said I should have booked an appointment with him earlier but not on the last day of posting. regreting.....=.=lll

Perhaps I got a better timing in future if I happen to meet him one day.

When the small wish comes true

Hey guys, I got a wish comes true recently after so many years.
Not a big deal but it does matter to me.
Finally, I watched Titanic in theater !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!^^
My first Titanic experience was 14 years back and I just a standard 4 girl that time.
Erm...got my flashback again^^
Thanks Shi Yuen for introducing this movie to me. I watched this movie together with her and this movie definitely brought some significant impacts on me. I bet that was the time where I really fall for movie.
I got to admit that I have some kind of passion towards movie. Almost every week I will go for at least one movie after I came to KL. movie craze
Some people might think watching movie is a waste of time. However, I don't really agree with this statement because I always gain something from movie because I do care about the message from each of every movie that I watched before. Sometime, I got bored and sleep off in the theater as well. out of the sudden, I think I being too serious here wtf  lol...>.<

I have my 3D Titanic at GSC in Midvalley. I don't fancy to any kind of 3D movie because it is so hard for me to wear on my spec and the 3D spec (I guess) together. I found it is very uncomfortable after my previous experience in 3D movie. In spite of the discomfort, I got no choice to wear them both since Titanic is only available at 3D.
Surprisingly, I felt better this time and I able to enjoy myself very much with both spec on together!!!
Oh ya, I drag my boy to watch this movie as well.
We almost lost the chance to watch this movie as we were busy in the past few weeks and the movie is about to out from the list soon. Moreover, he doesn't show any interest on Titanic at all until I insisted to watch this by repeating it again and again. Then, he bought the ticket at last. It was on Monday, at 5.50pm.

Of course, I cried again.
The plot was the same as before but it still touched my heart and my tears just blow out without my control.
Baby boy also got attracted by the plot. He was so into the movie...of course he doesn't cry but he said he touched by the story. I being too kepo during the movie because I keep telling him about the story like where is the climax and bla bla bla...lol
Thx my boy for giving me his hand when I cried quietly on his shoulder  really over la!!!

That's nothing special in this post but I just wanted to write a post for the sake of my little wish as finally it has been come true. ^^ The feeling is great!!!

Home sweet home ^^

Hey guys...I change my blog template. I love this template. It is simple and easy for me to access. Hope u guys will like it too ^^.

I spent my last weekend at hometown.
I can say, although it is just a short period of time for me but I really satisfied.
I always delighted in family reunion. I enjoyed myself with our laughter, experience sharing and gossip pretty much. I believe this is how we making our bond more tighten than before.
So, we have those happy hour again.
We had steamboat as dinner and celebration for Parents day as well ^^. such a big event huh?!!!

Apart form the celebration, I pay my visit to our old farm too.

It is situated 2 km away from my house, so we can reach there around 10 minutes by motorbike.

I persuaded my bro to ride methere again as I really miss those nature stuff in farm.

So, here we come!!!

I used to follow my dad for some kind of  patrol in the farm.

So, I always closed my eye to avoid seeing 'smtg' sounds creepy nia

We already used to the shouting and we still disobey the order and climb up again.

Don't worry, it is shallow but must be aware of snake here!!!

My dad made it and repair it over and over again because the flood always damaged the bridge.

I don't really often go back to home. I treasure every single moments with my family members.

Mom and dad always want to give the best to me.

Cooking nice food and try to do some thing to make us feel happy.

That's what home and family means to us right?!!!

I love my family....muazksssssssssssssssss!!!
